Admission Application Forms

Application Forms for school placement are available in a PDF format. To apply for admission, complete the application forms listed below and return them to the Admissions Office together with all supporting documents according the Admission Application Checklist. All PDF forms need to be submitted online, or emailed to admissions@aas-sofia.org.

After forms are submitted electronically, signature will be required when visiting the school.

• PreK to Grade 1 Admission Forms
• Grades 2 to 5 Admission Forms
• Grades 6 to 12 Admission Forms

Enrollment will not be considered until all of the required forms have been completed and submitted to the school.
