“The teachers really care about each child and do everything they can to encourage and enable each child to succeed.
I’ve really appreciated the academic program, which goes beyond basic subjects and encourages children to learn about and appreciate art, music, dance, theater, etc.
There is a nice variety of after school activities available, which my daughter has really enjoyed and looks forward to every week.“

Prospective
families
Dear Families,
It is my privilege and pleasure to welcome you to the Anglo-American School of Sofia (AAS). I have been at AAS for six years, five years as the Elementary Principal and one year as the Director.

Current
families
For many families, the school becomes the hub of their interactions with other international families and friendship groups – providing the catalyst for the social life and family support they may have left behind in a previous community.
Alumni
The AAS Alumni Association is a great way to stay connected with the AAS community at school and the greater AAS community around the world.

November 3, 2023This week was fun. For our students. For our faculty. For our parents. This week was fun. About a month ago, we came back one weekend and our campus had started changing. The mature, sophisticated, orderly halls started filling with cobwebs and spiders and bats and skeletons and all sorts of blackened decor and spooky...
