The ES Principal will provide social, emotional, academic, and administrative leadership for 250 ES students aged 4-11, as well as the AAS staff and families. They will focus on fostering a culture of learning for all members of the AAS community as well as constant improvement of teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and reflective; they will have experience meeting the needs of all children, supporting all staff, and communicating openly and proactively.
