As a result of the school expansion, we are looking for:
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANThe job of School’s Maintenance Technician is done for the purpose/s of assisting in maintaining the school MEP installations and facilities in a safe operating condition; maintaining a preventive maintenance program and resolving immediate operational and/or safety concerns.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical School Degree or higher
- Previous experience as MEP technician in construction – strong advantage
- Good knowledge and experience of safe working practices within performance spaces
- Good computer literacy – Google Docs, MS Office, Internet. Knowledge of Аutocad is an advantage
- Good English skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs preparatory operations and installation of various electrical installations;
- Monitors the serviceability, prevention and repair of MEP networks, machinery and equipment in the School’s facilities;
- Performs installation of various elements of the MEP equipment;
- Monitors the serviceability of machines and equipment and determines the need for repairs;
- Makes preventive inspection of the technical condition of machines and equipment;
- Monitors the proper application of the rules for earthing and lightning protection installations;
- Checks the level of the pressure indicated on the measurements in the boiler room;
- Maintains the school building and equipment. Installs system component parts, classroom and office equipment and facility components as may be required for the purpose of maintaining facilities in a safe, comfortable and operating condition;
- Participates in loading, unloading, cleaning as required;
- Assists grounds and maintenance personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
